Forbidden City is right in the heart of Beijing, it’s a few minutes away from Tiananmen. 5. Summer Palace (Yiheyuan)

8. Gubei Water Town
Gubei Water Town is located in Gubeikou Town of Miyun County in Beijing, it takes about 2 hours from the center of Beijing. It was constructed with ancient style, and there’s the Mandarin Duck Lake Reservoir running through every corner of the town. Besides, its laying right next to Simatai part of the Great Wall. The town is so beautiful and charming red in the autumn and majestic with frozen lakes in the Winter.
